About Michael

Michael V. Do, M.D., is board-certified in both general surgery and vascular surgery. Dr. Do is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University in Massachusetts. He returned home for medical school, where he attended Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. He went on to complete his general surgery residency at the Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he also served as Chief Resident in his final year. Dr. Do then matched into a comprehensive two-year fellowship in vascular surgery at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center in Memphis. Upon graduating, he joined the highly respected group of surgeons at Cardio-Thoracic & Vascular Surgical Associates in Mobile, AL.

For over ten years now, Dr. Do continues to provide high-quality vascular care to communities across the Gulf Coast with his partners at CTVSA.

Dr. Do is a member of the Society for Vascular Surgery and the Southern Association for Vascular Surgery.
